Beaches & Islands Near Nassau
Beautiful beaches and small islands are within easy reach of Nassau by boat. Depending on your charter length, weather and sea conditions, a beach stop can easily be combined with snorkeling, sightseeing or other activities.
Some of our favorite areas include Green Cay, Gilligan's Island (Sandy Cay) and Rose Island, each offering beautiful Bahamian water and its own island scenery.

Reef Snorkeling Near Nassau
The reefs surrounding Nassau and Rose Island are home to a variety of tropical marine life and are a beautiful addition to a private day on the water.
Your captain will select an appropriate snorkeling location based on the day's weather and sea conditions, giving your group the opportunity to explore beneath the surface of The Bahamas' clear blue water.
Snorkeling equipment is included with your charter.
Add a Lunch Stop at Rose Island
Want to make a longer day of it? Guests can request a stop at Footprints Beach Bar & Grill on Rose Island for a relaxed island lunch overlooking the water. Best for afternoon, six hour or full day charters.
Food and beverages purchased at the beach bar are not included in your charter price and are paid directly by guests.
A $10 per person landing fee applies and provides access to the property's amenities, including beach chairs, beach volleyball and Wi-Fi.

Add the Swimming Pigs
A visit to the swimming pigs at Rose Island or Athol Island can be added to your private charter for $75 per person ages 5 and older. Children ages 4 and under are free.
The swimming pig experience should be arranged before departure so it can be incorporated into your charter itinerary.
