Deep Sea Fishing
(Go After the Bigger Fish)

  • Fight powerful fish

  • Short ride to deep waters (huge advantage)

  • Target: mahi, yellow fin tuna, wahoo

Offshore fishing, also known as deep sea fishing is where the toughest fighting and larger fish can be found.  In Nassau we do not have to travel far to get to ocean as the continental shelf drops off only about a half mile from shore. Guests will  use 50 wide Shimano reels baited with a variety of skirted ballyhoo, plugs, and lures depending on what fish you are targeting.

When fishing in the ocean you will be trolling for the larger migratory species that are in the area at the time. These species will change depending on the time of year you are fishing. No matter what species you are targeting, the majority of these fast and strong predators will put up a good fight on its way to the boat.
